In the 4th quarter we are down by 14 and throwing short dump-off passes. If the QB can't get the ball down the field how do we ever win against a decent team? Its not like its tied and we are burning the clock for a game winning FG at the buzzer. Let say we managed to score and recover the onside then its more dump-offs with almost no time left. This team is boring and predictable. We need a complete reboot, get rid of everyone. We are going nowhere with this regime.
Buffalo fans don't like being told to be patient, because we have been extremely patient, but we need to be patient. A third year of Rex Ryan and Tyrod Taylor is necessary. You know who else is in his third year? Derek Carr. If we don't make playoffs next year, that would be the time to find a new coach and starting QB.

You have got to be kidding. You can't possibly compare Carr to Taylor, Carr can at least complete passes more than 10 yards. Rex hasn't had a winning season since 2010. His record since 2010 40-52. Another season of them, I surely hope not, but I wouldn't be surprised.
Romo is far closer to Peyton Manning than he is a journeyman QB. Not sure where you get that idea from.
I either want Romo or Taylor as the Bills starting QB next year. I've already stated that I think with almost 1oo% certainty that we take a QB in the first three rounds next season. But unless we trade up into the top two or three it's probably not very likely that QB is our opening day starter. But then again, guys like Carr and Dalton were taken in the early second round and started from day one so who knows. I don't see any other possible Free Agent QBs that are worth bringing in just to save a few million dollars.
I doubt Romo wants to come to this perennial loser franchise. At this stage of his illustrious career he wants a quality team a QB away from the Championship like Arizona. Taylor isn't worth paying that much money to IMHO with our run heavy don't make a mistake game plans.
Arizona would have to decide to give up on Palmer first. A possibility but not a guarantee. Plus, does he want to play Seattle's defense twice a year?
