I’m sorry but I never “get off” when expressing my personal thoughts and opinions. I always feel it provides something positive to the thread, even if it only adds some levity or humor. One must respect the “subject” of the thread however and not simply toss in a poor joke that’s inappropriate. Or so that’s what the farmer’s daughter told him after the traveling salesman left in the morning………..
Contributing positively to a thread, even if you have no specific knowledge germane to it, can often include encouraging people to think logically and rationally about the arguments.

In today's frustrated society,that seems to be one way to vent.
Anyway positivity is overrated for the most part,everything seems to be going the way of pc these days...direct honesty of experiences seems to bring balance to things

Hmmmmm Actually, isn't that what people are looking for, when they come to an Internet forum? Isn't the OP (in this instance, you)...coming here looking for others' thoughts/opinions on a subject?
So? Are you really saying that you've noticed that "some people simply pop in with comments, not to be helpful at all, but to simply relieve diarrhea of the mouth (fingers)"? If that's what you're saying...then yeah, I've noticed that. Unfortunately, there have been many posts, over the years, which have had me ! !!!!
