God forbid we don't find the right house for ourselves before moving down there with Y'all

We're in deep doo doo if we have to rent ~ the only thing I can find "Rental" wise will only allow small animals under 20 lbs and up to 1 dog and 1 cat ~ we have 4 cats, a bird, two dogs one of which is over 100 lbs

We're gonna end up living in our car I just know it and man is it gonna stink

I found our annual rental by contacting owners who had listed vacation rentals online and asking them if they'd consider an annual rental while we looked for a house to purchase. I provided a mini background to assure the owners we weren't flakes and mentioned we had just sold our house in WI. I think I contacted 9 online....and guess what? ALL 9 owners said YES...so it was just a matter of us visiting and choosing. Perhaps contact 'pet friendly' vacation rental owners and try the same?

We were hoping for Fall this year but now it looks like it might not be until Jan/Feb of next year ~ wish it was NOW!

You will find a place that will take accept the dogs....but you will pay $ for it. If they are pit bulls you might have a little trouble. You'd fit right in the New York section .

Look again into buying, the mortgage will be cheaper than the rent. Just don't move next to me if you have a squawking parrot...please .

Hell half the time I forget we even have a bird ~ she's a little thing barely makes any noise.

No Pit's but I don't discriminate based on breeds I've know some beautiful loving great Pit's as I have always said "It's NOT the dog ~ it's the OWNER" such a shame too

Ours is a Boxer/Mastif mix from the pound and he's just the goofiest thing

Yes the plan is to buy but in the case we aren't quite there yet when we get down there we might need to rent a couple of months to get all our ducks in a row.

No we don't have Ducks too ~lol~d'oh
