We moved here from Dallas, where they had the tornados, now ice storms are making the news. I will deal with the warmth and sun, thanks.

I'm envious! I have less that two weeks before my migration south and I always hope for one good snowfall before I leave. Doesn't look like it's going to happen here in Maryland.

Actually I'm hoping for a slight cool down. 85/90 everyday with high humidity gets old unless you're on vacation for a week. It's ok for boating or swimming but sweating everyday in record heat is uncomfortable to me. It's certainly better than snow and tornadoes but give me some 75 degree days and that is perfection.

I'm with you on that one, being a long long long time Fl resident muhself. Hang on a few more days, they are predicting cooler weather after the new year.

Cooler temps on the way starting saturday...day time temps in the 70's...night time temps in the 50's and 60's...i'd be happy with that all year long !
