There are driving ranges out Capitol Blvd (N), 401 South, 64 West, and I'm probably omitting a couple.

Knight's Play in Apex! Little Par 3 course, and you can even play... at night! (Hence the name & play on words, me thinketh! )

The driving range on west 64 is a mile or so west of Beaver Creek. Very no frills.

Lochmere is ok for hitting a bucket. The range is easy access from the parking lot which is nice if you have young kids, but they no pitch & putt.

Have fun!

Town of Cary offers golf camps. I know Lochmere CC has in the past. I posted re: US Kids Golf programs in the area - may want to search that thread too. It is a GREAT family activity.

Where are you located? There are a ton of different places, and a lot of golf courses have ranges. If you're in CH like I think, you can go to Finley Golf Course. There's also a range on Garret Rd in Durham, Hillandale in Durham, and a few going the other way in Mebane and Burlington. Really depends on exactly where you are located.
