I guess they have until Dec 13 to pull it off the shelves.

Anyone have any updated locations where you can buy it? I'd like to at least say I've tried it before its banned!

Niiiiice! The problem is that St. Ides has been off the market in NC since I was in college (~10 years ago). The reason I know this is because it was our malt beverage of choice for some time as poor college kids.

December 13th??? I didn't think it would around even that long after reading the stories. This drink is just a testiment to the fact that no one reads anymore, nor do young people understand what 'alcohol by volume' means.

I actually will probably buy one of these to see what the fuss is about, but I definitely won't plan on being productive thereafter.
