I read the posts here all the time and sometimes post too!! I juswanted to let you all know we **finally** have a buyer for our house here in NY!! That means, we ARE MOVING TO NC!!! We are excited, nervous, stressed. We are cmoing down Feb 19th to find where we want to be!! Thanks for all the input and suggestions the last 2.5 years!!! :-)

Congrats! We're moving down on Monday because my husband's new job starts next week, but we will be leaving behind our unsold home in upstate NY. Let's hope there's new life in NY real estate this month!
Congrats! Ah, I remember that feeling of relief last spring. Now the real stress starts, LOL - just keep telling yourself "at this time next year I won't be looking at 3 feet of snow!"
