Agree with both. Seems logical that if it was a sticky in the past it would be an option for the current voting. I mean as far as "sticky's" go, it seems the most relevant.

If the events thread was closed because it became an advertising board, it seems to me that 'get it local' and 'just opened/closed' will eventually be closed for the same reason. However, I'm much more in favor of those two than a relocation FAQ.
