Any thoughts on these subdivisions? We've seen some homes we like in these areas, so I'm hoping to get some perspectives.

Thanks

I remember when Kelly West was being built. Seemed like the builder at that time had taken it over from another builder. That was about 3-4 years ago so its hard to remember. I have seen their prices go up so appreciation wise, in the past, looks good.

My buyer ended up buying in Ashley Downs just because he found the house he liked better.

Hope this helps,

Vicki

We just bought in Crockett's Ridge... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it was the right move.

My mom lives in Crockett's Ridge and likes it. My family likes to hang out at the pool in the summer.

Scott's Mill homes usually sell fast, it's the next to nicest neighborhood in Apex as of now IMO, Bella Casa is by far the nicest (most expensive, most land, ect.) in Apex....There is going to be a second phase going up soon with another ampitheatre resembling Koka Booth ampitheatre along with a HUGE nature park...both neighborhoods are off of Apex/Barbeque Rd.
