Know a good fence guy? (Raleigh, Durham: HOA, house, neighborhood)

So we are moving to Fairfield (yeah!) in Durham at the end of the month and would like to put up a fence around the property for out boxer, Allie.

Does anyone know a good fence guy?

More specifically, does anyone know the HOA rules for Fairfield?

I thought they were reasonably priced, and did excellent work.

As far as restrictive covenants, was the house listed with a realtor? They should have obtained a copy or should know where you can obtain a copy. I know for my neighborhood, we have a website with our covenants, and in wake county you can search the wake county website and the covenants are there as well.

Ask your agent to get you a copy of the convenates for Fairfield so you can go ahead w/ the fence request.

We just had a fence installed by Fences Unlimited and I would recommend them. We had a good experience with them.
