In Clayton, I was told there is a sign up saying part of Barber Mill Road will close on June 20th I think? Does anyone know what specific portion of it they are closing and for how long? I checked the NCDOT page and the local newspapers but I couldn't find any specific information, googling produced no results either. Thanks!

It will be closed 6/20 through 6/23. Don't know why, though. Maybe working on the bridge near the dump station?

It doesn't seem like enough time to really do anything to the bridge. Maybe just road resurfacing?

Don't know. I saw a big pile of silver poles on the side of the road yesterday on my way home.

I wish they'd straighten out that curve some and put up some more guardrails around the bridge.
