Ive been looking around on google earth but havent found much. I am looking for an auto salvage or junk yard that re-sells used parts of cars. Where is a good one in the Triangle?

There is a good one off of Austin Ave. in durham. Believe it is called Wagners. They are not very user friendly though. Good luck.

There is one on US-70 a couple miles past Brier Creek heading into Durham. I think it's just called City Auto Salvage.

LKQ is the one the poster above is talking about a little past Brier Creek on 70. It is a pick your part yard. You pay $2 to get in then you go and get what you need. I was there about a week ago. What car are you looking for?

You mean Brier Creek near the airport???? If so, then that's not the place I'm talking about. The one i'm talking about is way on the other side of Raleigh and Garner heqaded towards Clayton. Or is there a creek over there called Brier Creek?

Yep, you need to bring your tools. The pull the motors out of a lot of the cars, so you may not find what you need.
