Rough estimate of reupholstering? (Raleigh, Durham: cost, furniture, quality)

Anyone have recommendations for a local upholsterer and input on what kind of cost would be involved in redoing a late 60s armchair? I know the quality of fabric plays into the cost, so I'm just looking to get a general idea.

I've thought of doing it myself, but paying someone else might be worth the years that avoiding the concomitant cussing and frustration might take off my life!
