Anyone live in Post Parkside / Camden Asbury (Cary, Wade: apartment, price)

I'm looking for an apartment next month and having a really tough time deciding. Has anyone had any experience with

Post Parkside at Wade
Camden Asbury
Legends of Cary Towne

Parkside is new, and the place I toured was a little small, but new and very nice. The amenities also looked solid.

Asbury I'm touring today, but I saw good reviews online, except complains about hearing neighbors.

Legends of Cary Towne had the biggest apartment in my price range but pretty much said you'll hear your neighbors.
