I do not know about the OP, but what about a lawyer to draft wills, set up power of attorney and other such issues. Does anyone have any recommendations for lawyers they have worked with on more general family legal issues? Thanks.

We used John Cella at Manning-Fulton to update our wills, PoAs, etc. You can save money by doing research ahead of time, instead of having the attorney take the time to explain things. Think about who you want to get the kids, who gets what asset, etc. There is a lot of good information at nolo.com.
