You should start a new thread on the Charlotte forum so those folks can answer your question. This forum is specifically for the Triangle area so you are not likely to get too many people with experience in Charlotte schools

I have a friend with a son with CP. He is able to walk with braces now (I think he's 14, maybe) and has been in regular school the whole time as far as I know.
