Pediatrician in Hillsborough (Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro: chapel, neighborhood, university)

Looking for recommendations for pediatricians. Would love a dr that listens, takes the time to know my children and reaches out to us as opposed to "someone in the office" thank you kindly

We go to Orange Family Medical. They do a good job, but often have a very long wait time at appointments.

Dr name. I have several friends who make the trip from Chapel Hill and Carrboro and Durham to see him.

Although I'm not generally a fan of the UNC Healthcare System physician practices, we've had very good relationship with Ed Pickens at University Pediatrics at Highpoint. It's in Durham at 751 and 54 - so not too far from Hillsborough.
