Help! Just got my rough collie back from the groomer and he was clipped too much! Does anyone know of a groomer that is good with long haired dogs?

Thank you!

I'm in Cary, but don't mind driving to Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill for a good groomer.

We don't have a long haired dog but have happy with the grooming at woof gang bakery in stone creek village on high house. That's not where you got botched is it?

No, it wasn't there. We've used them before and they do a pretty good job, but I was hoping to find someone who knows collies. Every groomer we've used so far trims him way too much. It's like they get started and they just can't stop lol. We used to have a cocker spaniel and didn't have a problem with grooming, but it seems hard to find someone who can clip just enough, but not too much off of my collie boy.

We have a Shetland Sheepdog and we get her groomed at the PetSmart in Garner. I know you're probably gasping, but they actually do a very good job. The Cary PetSmart location did an awful job. We also have used the groomer who works out of Crossroads Vet Hospital on Jones Franklin Rd and she also does a good job and is cheaper than PetSmart.
