I'm originally from the Northeast and I'm used to next-day service at the cleaners being the norm.

So far, I have been unable to find a place in Cary that takes less than four days. Most of the time, I don't mind waiting, but sometimes, you just need stuff done fast.

Are there any places in the area that can turn around dry cleaning in two days or less?

Any that you'd recommend?

I've used Cleaner World in Raleigh and Chapel Hill and it's always been next-day service. Locations that do on site cleaning offered same day service if dropped off early in the morning and picked up after 5 or 6.

Dry Clean City is the bomb! Mr. Patel knows his business well. If you drop off by 8 AM, you can have your stuff returned the same day after 5 PM. Other than that, dry cleaning is always ready the next day after 5 PM. Laundry (men's shirts) takes longer.

A Cleaner World at High House and Davis Drive is next day for everything I've ever dropped off, including drapes and bedding.

There is one off of chapel hill road where it turns into Miami....new place that was decent yet a bit expensive. I'm just posting this to give fair warning on the owner. They have a coupon for "5 dollars off 28 dollars of dry cleaning". I got 45 dollars worth of stuff done and presented the coupon. He said "the pants are dry cleaned but your shirts are laundered so the coupon is no good. You only have 23 dollars of dry cleaning". Is he technically right? Probably. Is it smart business to alienate a customer based on language that most probably wouldn't know to distinguish between? He obviously thought so. Not honoring a 5 dollar coupon ended up costing him about 500 dollars a year in business. I go to a place at brier creek now.
