Would like some information on Apartment living.

We are a family of four, with a 4 year and 15 month old. Our preferences are condo/town-home apartment conversion if possible. It appears to be that TICON properties are very desirable and take care of their tenants. Does anyone here have any experience with TICON properties? Are they family friendly?

So far Hawk's Nest is our top choice, but wont know for sure until we visit for a tour. Anyone else have any suggestions.

My daughter and her husband lived at Taylor's Pond for 2 years and loved it. Very good management, quiet, very well maintained. They did not have children at the time, but the next door neighbors did.

I lived in a Ticon-managed complex (Audubon Lake) for several years and would highly recommend them. There were some families with children in the complex, mostly in townhouses, and it seemed to work fine for them. I would definitely recommend looking at green space in the complex, as well as nearby parks. Pools are a nice help too; some locations have them.

Good luck with your search!

Thank you everyone for the feedback. We checked out Hawks Nest, and it looked very secluded, nice and family friendly. Anyone have or know someone who has lived at Hawk Nest apartments?
