I wonder whether a playground will help all that much myself. I think it will be a wonderful place for the kids to play indoors.

Penneys and the Food Court might get a bit of business from the increase in traffic, but the families I've seen wandering the mall do not look that prosperous.

I worked at the HT ( 9 years ) and be for it closed i was told by management it was going to be a LA Fitness and that was May of 2014
