I would like to know what others do for their Christmas photo cards? Any good deals both local and on the web? I would need about 35. I am going to check Walmart, Costco and Sams Club today and will report back prices. thanks!

I buy my photo cards on Shutterfly. I already store my pictures on that site so it's easier for me. They have a wide range of offerings and good sales this time of year.

I second shutterfly. Sign up as a new customer and the deals are pretty good. I got 60 photo cards and envelopes for $19.74 shipped. They were at my door in two days.

I had an awful experience with Walmart a few years ago when ordering Christmas cards. The photo cards we ordered on a rush basis ended up taking a couple of weeks - too late for us to send out. We ended up never picking them up from the store, even though we had paid for them. I've had other problems with timely orders from Walmart photo - such that I would never use them for something for which timeliness was important. It's just too hit or miss with them.

I've had good results from Shutterfly on various orders.

I just print my own at home. They look as good as any that I get in the mail.

I've used snapfish for years with no problems. Very quick and affordable. I think they have a 60% off coupon through today if I remember correctly. I just ordered my Christmas cards and seven calenders from them...

I prefer snapfish to Shutterfly, they are cheaper and the web site works better. That said, if you have kids in diapers and use pampers you can redeem the codes for free cards or calendars on Shutterfly. They add up quickly and you could just end up paying only for shipping. Bottom line with either, there is no need to pay full price, there is always another sale coming.

We've used the Beaver Creek Target for Christmas photo cards and have been very pleased with quality and pricing.

Used Snapfish few times, lots of choices and I love the cardstock. Walmart has done good job twice for me.

I agree that Walmart is a mess with the holiday photo cards. Last year they lost ours (not in the mail) and then had to reprint them, which meant that no one got them before Christmas by the time they admitted fault and got the mess sorted out.

In the past I've found Winkflash to be the best deal, plus they always arrive in advance of when they say when you place the order.

That being said, I ordered from Shutterfly this year, but only because I was not price conscious. It cost me $160 for 90 cards, but last year every time I got a card in the mail that I loved it ended up being from Shutterfly. So I bit the bullet and ordered from them. I'm hoping they arrive ahead of schedule and are as nice as I'm hoping.
