Nail Time at Crossroads in Cary. The more experienced ones to a great job. The new ones not so much.

It's rare to find the cheap mani-pedi deals (where what you get is worth a crap) here. That's more of a NY/NJ thing.

I suspect it's volume of immigrants plus volume of customers making them so inexpensive there.

Thanks GotHere.....I appreciate it. Yeah, I feel like you can find them for about $25 in the bigger cities. Just the basic mani/pedi.....no gel or anything like that.

It seems to mostly be NYC.....even in Chicago you aren't going to find it that cheap at any place worth going to and safe. But you aren't in NYC.....woI'll you rather have cheap manicures or more affordable proparty taxes?

Honestly, I would be weary of a mani/pedi under $30 around here. Make sure your choice in salon is driven by cleanliness and attention to sanitation, and not by price.

(That's not to say that any place offering them under $30 is definitely unsanitary, it would just make me wonder what corners they're cutting in order to offer a lower price than the majority of salons in the area)
