I am wondering if there are any restaurants that open all night. I work 3rd shift and a lot of time I don't have enough time to get food so I end up settling for fast foods which I despise. I know there are restaurants like Ihop that open late but I am not too fund of it. I was hoping for restaurants that aren't really a big franchises. In Wilmington there was a restaurant where they sold pizza and Philly steak. When I visited places like Florida many restaurants open until 2 or 3 in the morning. It's really sad we don't have a big variety of restaurants or restaurants that actually open past 9 or 10 at night.

MoJoe's on Glenwood is open til 1:30 or 2:00. You might check some of the pizza places, especially around NCSU. Also, the Carolina Ale House locations serve food pretty late.

It isn't a non-chain but Brixx in Brier Creek is open late. I believe they are open up to 12. Glenwood South area has many restaurants that are open past 12.

Unfortunately, there just isn't enough demand in this area to sustain a 24/7 restaurant.

There's always the South's favorite diner - Waffle House. Scattered and smothered - yum!
