Trying to find some new lunch spots in the RTP area. Been living on fast food lately.

Any recommendations for tasty, non-sit-down type places? Would love to find something with prepared meals, salad bar, etc. Thinking something similar to Wegmans, but the supermarkets in the area don't seem to do anything like that.

The salads at Lina's Cafe are great. They also have sandwiches, lunch specials, etc. It's nothing fancy, but a good place to grab a salad to eat in or to-go.

Yes, Lina's is great. We love the california wrap. Also Baba Ghanosh next door has a very fresh and yummy mediterranean hot and cold bar.

Or there is always Serena's across the street. Has yummy italian...inspired (?) dishes.

Williams Gourmet Kitchen is good and reasonably priced. They have soups, salads and sandwiches (burgers, wraps, etc.). Plus you can choose two - half sandwich, half salad or cup of soup.

Earth Fare at Brier Creek has a salad bar/hot bar. I haven't tried this location but used to eat at one in Asheville that was good/

The place next to HT is Tossed but they don't really have a salad bar that I remember. They do have good wraps and salads though. The HT salad bar and ready made food counters are pretty much jacked at lunchtime though. The OP might also try driving a little bit further down Davis to Publix as well.
