I must say that I am pretty impressed with how Wake County is handling the five mile repaving of Creedmoor Rd between I-540 and 98. The work appears almost complete and there have been no significant rush hour lane closures or delays.

Having come from a part of the country where projects like this result in massive delays for months on end, it has been a pleasant surprise!

Counties in NC don't build or maintain roads, so it's either the NC DOT or City of Raleigh who deserve your kudos.

Since it's also known as NC Highway 50, my guess would be the NCDOT

I stand corrected.

It is outside Raleigh city limits, so I will redirect my gratitude to NC DOT!
