Does this mean that the Orange Route is heavily favored?

As an individual living in the a Triangle and not as a Realtor making any representations to be relied upon, I'd put the chances at the orange route - or very close to it - at 95%. I'd put the chances of the red route at 0.5%

I would go so far as to say that if this project moves forward the Orange Route is a 99.999% lock anywhere West of HWY 401. A small possibility exists that the Orange route will be modified East of HWY 401 but I would doubt it.
