Trying to help a family member who is moving to near Jordan Pointe near Old US 1 and Horton Rd vicinity.

DSL? Satellite? 4G?

I think the area West of Apex is slowly getting exposed to ATT U-Verse. Your friend might check with the builder.

A friend lives off Beaver Creek road. He can only get DSL. I think he gets ~1Mb speed.
