New construction on Hwy 55 and Green Level West, Cary (lease, restaurant)

There is activity on the vacant lot, and I'm wondering what is going up there. Does anyone know? It's across Green Level West from the CVS and the dental offices.

I've been meaning to look that up for a couple of weeks since the orange fence went up.

Looks like a single story office building with a bank on one end.

Man, that lot has been vacant a long long time. Kind of shocked really.

What I quoted may not be up to date (I got it off the Cary planning map), but I believe there's two lots with two separate buildings going in...

Keep in mind that often, they will submit the site plan and she'll building plan listing a variety of uses. They may or may not have an actual lease yet.

Interestingly, maybe three weeks ago, we saw a guy out on a Sunday spreading seed and straw all over the stockpiled dirt on this site and I have seen absolutely no progress since. Literally nothing has been done on the site.
