That's a generally well-regarded area near Shelly Lake and convenient to North Hills, downtown Raleigh, Crabtree Etc.
The particular townhome you are looking at (the only one currently active in that community) has been on the market for over 100 days; most likely because it backs right up to Lead Mine rd and thus probably has a good bit of road noise that would be noticeable/persistent when sitting out on the back deck.
