Hello - We are considering moving out 2-year old from another daycare to either Primrose North Raleigh (Falls of Neuse) or the location off of Hilburn Road in Raleigh.

Does anyone have feedback on either of these locations? Staff turnover, general care of kids, etc?

Anything else that I can learn from others that aren't Primrose staff will be helpful!

Thank you!

Nothing specific to those locations but found Primrose in Wake Forest to be a little bit stuffy for my tastes. We went with Goddard and have been extremely happy with the choice. Just walking into both joints tells you a lot about them, but when we started asking questions it was clear that Primrose was more academic based and Goddard was more play based learning. For that age, I think play is critical and we chose Goddard for that reason. Just something to consider, since we felt this was a pretty stark contrast between the two and pricing was similar.

I have been doing some research before our move to N Raleigh in late Jan. Goddard school called me back right away after I emailed for info. The women that called was very friendly and informative. We will be going for a tour there once we move. I visited a Primrose here in FL and I didnt really get a good vibe from it. It all depends on what type of school you are looking for and how much you want to spend. It is such a stressful thing to do because you never really know until they attend.

Primrose of North Raleigh is an excellent daycare. My son started there when he was only six months old. The Young infant teachers are wonderful and showered him with love. The older infant teachers played with him, read to him and cared for him in a loving manner as well. I had a hard time going back to work and leaving my son at daycare, but knowing that he was safe, happy and learning at Primrose made it much easier. I highly recommend Primrose of North Raleigh to anyone who is currently looking for a daycare. I am glad I chose this daycare.
