I have sent them a text, waiting for a reply. It's not recognizing my PIN. When I tried to reset it, I got an error message (HTTP 500). I hope they haven't been hit with a virus!

I was just able to log in and see my account. But they do have this message displayed:

I never saw a note anywhere and I looked. Did Gator see the message before or after login? It should be before.

Actually YES! Just yesterday I tried to renew my books and couldn't log in. No notice on the site. I changed my password thru the retrieve function and was able to get in.
