Panera is jam-packed every day at lunch time.

They really have no competition for a quick, sorta-healthy, no-tip meal.
(fat/sodium content in the broccoli cheddar soup is off the charts, but oh well.)

Wish a McAlister's Deli would take over a mattress store?

I work over by Crossroads and I've never been to Panera.......I usually go to Noodles & Company, Chick-Fil-A (salads and grilled chicken sandwich), Jason's Deli, Chipotle etc....

That's my favorite but it is just a bowl of fat, isn't it? Once I looked up nutritional info at Panera, I found out everything is jam packed with sodium for sure. It doesn't stop me from going, but I have curbed my visits.

We are always at Jason's Deli. Love the Ranchero Wrap with chips, salsa and a sweet tea. But download the app and order way before you get there. I've never gotten a table but I find their to-go is very slow, no matter what time I go.

Yeah I never thought Panera was that bad until I looked at the sodium content. I rarely if ever go anymore as there are far healthier options elsewhere to get sandwich-ish fixes.

Baba ganoush is across the parking lot and is excellent. Yoho is a block away. (Panera is not my thing.)
There also a pizza place with pretty good salads (can't remember the name)?

Jasmin's is on Walnut Street and Grand Asia Market has an excellent hot bar/lunch special.

It's Cappolla's Pizza. We especially like their calzones and stromboli (although not sorta healthy).

Also, Hot Point Deli (near Jasmin's on Walnut St) is really good.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is opening soon in Crossroads near Stein Mart. I like their wraps for a fast, healthy meal. And I heard Zoe's Kitchen is going in the new building in front of Target.

We liked Baba Ghannouj. We used to eat there when we make a trip to Pet Smart. There's one in Wilmington we plan to check out next time up that way.

I thought this thread was going to be for someone looking to play a Fast, Casual game of Monopoly near Crossroads.

Grand Asia is great for lunch. Where else can you get a great meal and grab some Bung Hole to take home!
