Where do you recommend locally to purchase food grade storage buckets, Mylar food storage bags, etc?

I know of online resources but would ideally find a place I could pick up supplies in the greater Raleigh area.

If you buy a membership in KCBS, you can shop at Restaurant Depot.

You can get 5 gallon food grade buckets at Home Depot, they also have the screw on lids for them. I don't know where you will find the mylar bags, probably have to order those online. Do you have a sealer for the mylar bags?

yes, I have a sealer. Definitely helpful!

Thank you- would be frustrating to get to that step and realize one was needed!

Do the bags have to be mylar, or would food saver bags suffice? I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Walmart and Target.
