This apartment complex seems to offer everything I've been looking for but I'm a little uneasy about their method of constantly fluctuating rates. My biggest concern is at renewal time that they would drastically increase the rent because there are no posted rent ranges.

If anyone here has lived at this complex I'd love to hear what you've experienced.

Thanks in advance.

I can't speak for Meridian specifically, but yeah your rent is going to go up (maybe not dramatically), and just expect it to go up by more than you like. All the corporate owned places are going to be like this

I meant beyond the usual annual hikes that most places see. Like a sudden $300 change.

I think those rate changes are tied to the local rental market, so I doubt you'll see a $300/month jump in over a year. Unless a major company opens a HQ next to those apartments (or some other drive of huge rental demand), I don't see that happening. From where I live in RTP, my rent has only gone from mid 600's to mid 800's in a seven year period
