We'd like to find an indoor year-round heated pool suitable for kids ideally with a nice big slide and some creative fun features like fountains and waterfalls where you don't have to pay a hefty yearly membership fee.

Does anyone know of anything like this any place in the Raleigh area?

Some of the YMCAs have them. I know the one over in Wakefield does, and I think you're out in N. Raleigh-ish area, yes?

I believe that's still true. Buffaloe Rd. is the only city of Raleigh pool with those features indoors. It won't cost an arm or a leg to go either.

I'm assuming the OP means they would prefer a pay-per-use situation, rather than a yearly membership. I didn't read anything about wanting it to be free.

That's how I read it, which leaves out the Y unfortunately.

Do they have the slides? I thought it's just a regular pool...
