Is anyone else getting *multiple* emails, phone calls and text messages to tell me that pick up is 30 minutes earlier. I tried calling in but I got a message like "our systems are down".

Yes, got two calls w/ messages in short succession on my cell. Hope the earlier start for them helps the crews in the awful heat this summer. I’ve always found the CoR Solid Waste folks to be friendly and efficient.

Yes the notifications have stopped. I have no problem with them starting early. I think one text plus phone call plus email is enough.

As far as the annoying text/calls/emails go. That’s the city’s way of guaranteeing everyone get message.

you mean, did I get one of each? Yes.

They say that they're starting at 6:30 vs 7 am given the heat for the rest of the summer.

How many times should they notify you? They notified me six times. Two each text/call/email.
