Hi all!


We have friends locating from Charlotte to N Raleigh / Wake Forest having an extremely difficult time getting a rental house. They have 800 credit, excellent references and solid income, but the inventory is slim to none. They applied through a few property management groups who seem to just collect application money. If you, or someone you know has a house available for an August move-in, please send me a message. They're a great family. They're offering a $500 finder's fee. Thanks.

I saw one pop up today in north Raleigh (north of 540 and close to Falls of Neuse). Not sure what your friend's budget is but it is $2400/month (4bdrms and 2-1/2 baths).
