Is Morrisville a good town to live in? Seems like there's a lot of new construction. Is there anything else in the area or is it like living in the middle of nowhere? (with potential maybe?)

Not exactly the middle of nowhere. Heck, have the time I go to Morrisville (lots of shipping companies there), I end up in Cary and can't figure out how that happened!
Yep, high traffic and like being on the airport runway. Good one, Erin!! I can't believe where developers put houses nowadays. The area will probably keep its value because it's close to Cary and RTP and because it seems a lot of people don't hear the same things I do (like jets flying over with landing gear down and passengers waving hi out the windows).
That mall is my very favorite in town as it's seldom crowded and shopping is so pleasant. Some of the stores have good deals too.
Hey! Maybe Desdemoonie and I will run into each other there sometime! LOL
There is a good Indian restaurant across the street from there too.
BullRise, that's too bad if the mall is altered dramatically - it was one of the few quiet shopping places in Raleigh. That's the problem with hyper-growth in a city. Hopefully, they'll turn it into a mini version of North Hills Mall and keep a few memories intact.
I have friends who live in morrisville and really like it. They moved from southern wake county (apex area) and built a house. He works from home, doesn't seem bothered by the airport noise, they are close enough to cary for the restaurants they want, and the schools in morrisville are excellent. So, there is a flip side to it.......of course, for them, they don't have commute issues.
