As the song goes, When its Hot, Hot, Hot!
Looks like a typical August week ahead of us
Temp's near 100, heat indexes topping the
century mark. So what to do....

Well there is A/C indoors and Pools
outdoors. There is malls especially
the ones with 'Ab'-crombie and Finch
posters that are causing some temps
to swell beyond this weeks heat indexes!

There is parks if heat is your pleasure!

There is always the local Ice Cream shops with
Blizzards, and Frosties to create a chill if only for
a brief time.

If you have a boat or know someone that has a boat
or thumb your way onto a passing boat there is Falls
or Jordan lake to feel the summer August breeze from
the boat!

There is always the local Home Improvement stores that
are completely and utterly air conditioned so you can pursue
their many many isles or to some oasis of things to add to
your home to make it look, feel, smell, or finishing touches,
that you could not have lived without....

But no matter what you do during this HOT August week,
do it knowing you migrated to a place where there are
plenty of things to do inside and out, and its now the
place you and your family call home!

Stay cool!!!!!

I second the AC thing. There was a thread a while ago about favorite seasons. Unfortunately, summer is not mine. I'm not a fan of the 90something degree weather. But a Cookout milkshake might cheer me up!

As the old song goes...Time keeps on spinning spinning spining into the future....I want to fly like someone spining on a ceiling fan...or something like that! Ha! I'm cooler already, thanks!
