Is this in the first stages of development? From the pictures, the houses look beautiful. Does this development have lots of trees?

Thanks!

They are in phase 1 building the first houses now. lots are about .33-.50 acres. There will be a pool and such. I like the location. Not alot of trees on phase 1, check the location for phase 2 or 3 if thats what you want.

Here is the link. Looks like it's a brand new development. Looks really nice! I would love any more info if anyone has it who lives near there. http://www.parker-dev.com/properties/hampton_park.html (broken link)

I know exactly where that is although I haven't been to that community. There was a s/d out that way that I visited a few months ago but those homes started in the 200's so I don't think it's the same one. That area is very rural still but close to shopping and restaurants on 401 just 3 miles up the road. You will feel like you are in the country but in a modern s/d. If I have a chance, I'll take a trip to check them out.
