Owner Ed Schrage said the restaurant's lease is up. The final day for the Glenwood store will be Sunday. The new store will open in mid-December.
I believe the Preston Corners Fantastic Sam's closed because there are two other locations nearby. It was considered an "overflow" store. Fantastic Sam's is also located across from Stone Creek Village in the Cornerstone plaza and on Lake Pine near Kroger in Apex.

Citrus was, I believe, at least the 4th restaurant to try and make a go of that location in the last 4-5 years. All failed and pretty quickly
Even when I lived in Southern Village it wasn't a good location to get to.
Some locations are horrible. I think once 4 or 5 restaurants have failed, it should be redesigned for something else.
