Seeking recommendations on agent in Sanford area (for sale, real estate)

Hi,

Anyone have any recommendations for a buyer's agent in the Sanford area? I don't work there, I've only commuted through it weekly via US 1 for the past six years. Therefore I don't know anyone there to ask for recommendations.
