Any feedback about UNC's online Certificate in Business Essentials? (land, recruiters)

UNC Business Essentials - UNC Kenan-Flagler

Could anyone tell me if recruiters or hiring managers give any credibility to this program? It's not cheap for me ($3200). So before I fork out the cash, I would welcome any feedback about whether this certificate helped anyone land a job or get their resume noticed.

If anyone with this certificate got hired, what industry and what kind of job was it?

Also, does anyone have a sense for whether this actually gets you a job or if it's a nice-to-have differentiator from someone else who is similarly qualified?

I'm not familiar with this program; I spent a few minutes on the website. Here's my two cents:

It's not about what it does to your resume, it's what it does to you. This is not the kind of credential, in my mind, that is going to carry a lot of weight with the average hiring manager. However, if it gives you a business knowledge and skills you otherwise lacked, it will make you a better candidate overall.
