I don't think so....at least not a bubble like the some of the CA and FL markets.
Yes, our home prices are raising...but they are still not overpriced....they seem to be keeping pace.
I just hope the out of state real estate investors don't start coming in droves...that is going to be a bigger issue then an actual burst bubble.
