Looking to rent a house above 540 (Wake Forest or more north).

I have future plans, but need an interim place from November 2009 through April 2010.

I have an excellent credit history, and can provide references; would be fine with a background check.

Also, I have a dog, a Border Collie. She's very gentle, and I keep her well-groomed.

I am immaculate, and believe my house sold so fast for that reason.

As a renter, I would maintain your home to the utmost standard. I am very easygoing, liberal, happy, sweet, and always pay on time.
