Hello,
When I lived/worked in the Raleigh area, I stayed in the Abberly Place Apartments in the White Oak Crossing area. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Technically its in Garner (but a 20 minute drive to Cary). I payed about 800.00/month, but that was because I rented a washer/dryer (50.00) and brought cable/internet (40.00). My apt was about 850 sq. ft. I think they also have cheaper/smaller apartments there as well.

It is in a nice area. You are literally about 10 minute walking distance from shopping centers, Target, Best Buy, BJ Wholesale, restaurants, movie theater, and close to downtown Raleigh (about a 10 minute drive). It was always a quiet area (every once in a while you may hear someone's music).

On lease #5. Big apts, fair prices.

Diverse and safe.
