what area is an easy commute to duke hospital (Raleigh: house, good schools)

My family and I (husband and 2 boys 4 and 2 years old) are trying to relocate to the raleigh area from Pittsburgh. We are looking for a house $200,000 and under at least 2000 sq ft and 1/2 acre with good schools. What areas are should we be looking at if my husband takes a job with Duke Hospital in Raleigh????

Not to overly parse this, Duke does own a hospital in Raleigh but its typically called "Duke Raleigh Hospital". Duke Hospital (Duke University Hospital) typically refers to the hospital in Durham. Just want to make sure we know which one.
