When are the local Census workers starting their rounds to houses in the Triangle area? We never received our census form, so I have to assume we will be getting a visit. If there is a local census office, I would prefer to just stop in.

How many others did not get their form?

We got our form about two weeks ago, but we were also been interviewed by a census worker about a month ago.

I heard on the radio it would be mid May. I was at the Driver License office yesterday (ugh) and they had extra Census forms if you "weren't counted yet". I think if you mail that one in by May 1st it should prevent them from having to knock on your door. I'm sure there are extra census forms at other govt. offices around.

We haven't gotten one either, and I am a total Census junkie!! I might go by a DMV office and try to get one; thanks for that tip. How ridiculous that some people are getting multiple "notices" to send theirs in, and others of us haven't even gotten them yet!

We filled it in properly: One page for each dog.

We got the form, but it was torn - a section of it missing. I called them to see if they could send me a new one - was told it would be sent to me in Sep ??????????????? Made no sense, so I will now wait to see when we will get one. Or, will stop by one of the govt offices to see if they have an extra one. The woman on the line did not sound too sure of her answers. Very strange.

What's strange about that? Temporary government workers. Need I say more?
