I've checked, no super recent thread. Can you recommend
a good hairdresser in the Raleigh/Cary area, especially good
with thin hair. Also include typical cut prices. Thanks.

I second that request. Moving to Cary in 2 weeks and need a bit of "spiffing up" before starting the new job.

I've been through about 6 hair stylists since moving here 4 years ago. I now go to Lisa at Gel Salon in Cary. She's done a great job with both color and cut.

I have fantastic experience with Scott Musgrave (Scott Musgrave Hair | The Triangle's Curly Hair Stylist). He cuts (more of a sculpting) both straight and curly hair. If you are curly, he is the only stylist you'll ever need, in my opinion. He is on facebook, too, and there are pictures, mostly curly, some straight (he cut this lovely short-haired silver-haired lady recently, which was fabulous). Very friendly and professional, and he truly listens and is honest about his abilities with your hair. I highly recommend him!
